The Mayor of Calais, Natacha Bouchart, is so worried she has demanded the French Government provides a permanent army presence in her besieged town.
The demands follow yet another night of chaos which has come to define the French port town, with Eurostar services being temporarily suspended after migrants broke into the Channel Tunnel terminal outside Calais.
